7th European Union
Research Framework Programme
The European Union support to R&D activities is organized in terms of multi annual programmes usually denoted Research Framework Programmes. The 7th Research Framework Programme runs from 2007 to 2013. For an introduction see the Future European Union research policy maintained by the European Commission or the 7th Research Framework Programme web site itself.
Naturally FCT is involved in activities pertaining to the 7th Research Framework Programme along with other agencies of MCTES. In particular, already present in the refurbished FCT web site:
- The Marie Curie Actions web pages (People Programme).
- Extension of the ERA-NET scheme (Cooperation Programme). See the list of FCT participated ERA-NETs originating from the 6th Framework Programme.
- Research Infrastructures, (Capacities Programme).
- Supervision of the recruitment process for Portuguese National Contact Points for the 7th Research Framework Programme:
